Sweet Velvet understands that returning and exchanging merchandise can be a hassle sometimes.  Therefore, if you decide to do so, the return/exchange shipping cost is on us.

Policies for return and exchange:

1. Merchandise MUST be unworn, in perfect sellable condition with price tags attached – the condition it was in when we first shipped to you

2. A return/exchange e-mail MUST be received by Sweet Velvet Inc., within 14 days of original shipping date from us

3. Return/ Exchanged merchandise MUST be mailed back to Sweet Velvet Inc. in original packaging within 14 days of receipt of shipment return label from us

Simply follow the instruction below, and Sweet Velvet will take care of the rest!

If you want to EXCHANGE…

You can exchange sizes and styles if you are unsatisfied with your order.

Step 1: Contact us by clicking on the “Contact Us” link on any page of the SweetVelvet.com web site. Please clearly indicate that you would like to exchange the merchandise.

Step 2: You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Sweet Velvet within 24 – 48 hours indicating that we have received your e-mail. Also, we will include an exchange form along with instructions of how to print out a Pre-paid return/exchange shipment label from Sweet Velvet in this e-mail. Please include the completed exchange form with your return shipment. 

Step 3: Print out return/exchange shipment label, tape it on top of the original box, and simply ship it back to us. 

Step 4: Once the merchandise has arrived at Sweet Velvet you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. 

Step 5: Sweet Velvet will inspect merchandise. If it fits our return and exchange policy, the new merchandise will be shipped out to you.

NOTE: If merchandise that is mailed back to Sweet Velvet Inc. fails the return and exchange policy, your original merchandise will be mailed back to you and you will be charged for this extra shipment.

If you would like to RETURN…

Step 1: Contact us by clicking on the “Contact Us” link on any page of the SweetVelvet.com web site.; Please clearly indicate that you would like to return the merchandise.

Step 2: You will receive an e-mail from us within 24 – 48 hours with instructions of how to print out a Pre-paid return/ exchange shipment label from Sweet Velvet Inc.

Step 3: Print out return/ exchange shipment label, tape it on top of the original packaging, and simply ship it back to us.

Step 6: Once the merchandise has arrived at Sweet Velvet, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

Step 7: Sweet Velvet will inspect merchandise. If it fits our return and exchange policy, your money will be refunded. For details on the refund policy and processing time please see our refund policy at www. sweelvelvetclothing.com

NOTE: If merchandise that is mailed back to Sweet Velvet Inc. fails the return and exchange policy, no refund will be granted, your original merchandise will be mailed back to you, and you will be charged for this extra shipment.
