- No. At this time we do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

- When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?

- Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card for credit card payments.

- For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Please allow for extra time for shipments to PO Boxes.

- No, we are only shipping within the United States at the moment.

Order Status Questions

- What is the status of my order?
- A:
- Your order status will be available 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. If you had registered with SweetVelvetClothing.com, you can check your status by simply clicking on the “My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

- Q:
- How do I change or cancel my order?
- A:
- Please contact our Customer Service Department at info@sweetvelvetclothing.com immediately if you need to change your order. You can access your "My Account" page to cancel an order within a short window of time. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it will not always be possible to cancel. Should this happen, contact our Customer Service Department at info@sweetvelvetclothing.com for assistance, and we will respond within 24-48 hours.
